Welcome to documentation for Pharos’ remote management and control solution, Pharos Cloud.
Pharos Cloud has been designed to manage and monitor Pharos controllers remotely, as well as providing the ability to run triggers and schedule actions. This documentation will cover everything from getting started with Cloud, adding Users to the Site and provisioning the controllers to the Site, to explaining all the advanced features.
Controllers must be on version 2.7.9 or later (2.8.0 for TPS).
The latest version of Pharos Designer software, which includes firmware, can be found on the Pharos website, here.
If you are not already on board with Pharos Cloud, contact your Pharos reseller or fill in the online Cloud request form on the Pharos website here: Pharos Controls - Cloud.
